Fresh Orange and Pecans

Organic oranges are in season right NOW and in a week or two you’ll have missed the opportunity to experience this delight until February 2018! In season oranges are unlike oranges at any other time of year. They are bright, sweet, and bursting with flavor. Combine that with a bite of pecan and you have one of the simplest healthiest treats on the planet.

Buy some in season organic oranges. They have them at Whole Foods right now but in a week or two they may be gone!
You'll need one orange and a handful of pecans per person.
Peal the orange into individual sections.
Place the orange sections on a plate with the pecan halves and eat a bit of orange then a bit of pecan. This treat is refreshing and filling at the same time.
