Vegan and Paleo, this recipe is easy to make and easy to have on hand at all times. Just 4 ingredients and so refreshing on a hot summer day.

Assemble your ingredients. I don't usually need it, but you can add a touch of maple syrup if you like.
Blend everything in the blender.

My Secrets:
1. Next time you get a latte or frap save the cup, lid and straw, what you drink out of makes all the difference.
2. In the summer, always keep bananas and frozen strawberries on hand.
3. The vanilla adds a rich taste and sweetness without adding sugar.
