Chop the pecans into big chunks.
Chop the raisins into small pieces.
Spread chopped raisins and chopped pecans onto parchment lined cookie sheet or a 9x13 pan.
Melt chocolate.
Drizzle melted chocolate over chopped pecans and raisins. Sometimes I sprinkle with a little Celtic Sea Salt for an elegant touch.
Refrigerate or freeze until chocolate hardens. Then break into chunks and eat or freeze till you're ready for a treat latter in the week!
