We created SimpleHealthyTreats because we found we could live a vibrant, high energy life of yoga, hiking, and mountain biking by cutting out junk food. Trouble was, we were foodies and didn’t want to give up our favorite treats. So we reinvented them!
This site is filled with our favorite recipes. The ones we fed our two boys as they were growing up. One of our greatest gifts to them was teaching them these recipes. Now we want to share them with you. We hope you enjoy them as much as we have.
About Beth
Beth has a Bachelor’s Degree in Motivational Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Sociology and has spent the last 25 years researching, writing and teaching families how to enjoy being healthy. She is the creator of the 30 Day Picky Pirates Program, the Author of The Making of a Picky Eater, and a passionate Whole Foods Chef. She is an entrepreneur, a wife, mother, and an experienced public speaker. She loves writing, baking, mountain biking and back packing. Currently, her favorite recipe is our Montana Mountain Cookies.
About Brad
Brad is the founder of Robeson Marketing & Design, a firm that specializes in working with businesses and organizations that are helping to make the world a better place. He is a graphic designer, photographer, and videographer. He meditates daily, does yoga 5 times a week and is always reading something interesting. He’s also the visual artist behind all the pictures of the recipes. Currently, his favorite recipe is the Pumpkin Brownies.
