Banana Nut Brownies

This is a great way to use up ripe bananas! Keep them in the freezer and eat them as a snack, dessert or a quick breakfast.

Instructions
Assemble your ingredients and preheat oven to 375.
Oil a 9x13 baking pan.
Chop the 1 cup nuts (I use pecans or walnuts).
Mix the dry ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Oat Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Oat BranBlend the 3 bananas, melted oil, maple syrup.
Mix the wet with the dry ingredients and pour into the greased baking dish.
Mix the chopped nuts with a teaspoon of real maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
Sprinkle nuts on top.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown around the edges.

Nutrition: These yummy brownies are loaded with healthy fiber, whole grains and my favorite healthy food–nuts! They are sweetened with whole bananas and just a touch of real maple syrup. These are another eat anytime and as much as you want kinda treat.

These were positively amazing! You can eat them for dessert, snacks, or even breakfast (which I highly recommend). All of the ingredients are nourishing, so you can start out your day with a “brownie” without feeling a bit guilty!
