This is a great way to use up ripe bananas! Keep them in the freezer and eat them as a snack, dessert or a quick breakfast.
Assemble your ingredients and preheat oven to 375.
Oil a 9x13 baking pan.
Chop the 1 cup nuts (I use pecans or walnuts).
Mix the dry ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Oat Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Oat Bran
Blend the 3 bananas, melted oil, maple syrup.
Mix the wet with the dry ingredients and pour into the greased baking dish.
Mix the chopped nuts with a teaspoon of real maple syrup and a pinch of salt.
Sprinkle nuts on top.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
