Don’t be fooled by how easy these are, they are AMAZING. They’re like french fries only crisp and refreshing. They are fabulous on a hot summer day sitting out on the deck. Paleo and Vegan.

Instructions
For this recipe you'll need fresh young cucumbers because they are nice and crisp and the seeds haven't formed yet. If you refrigerate them first they'll be even better.
Cut off the ends of each cucumber.
Peal the cucumbers.
Slice into spears.
Place the sliced cucumbers on a nice serving plate and sprinkle with sea salt and some freshly ground pepper. Enjoy.
