For all my Paleo subscribers this is a simple and yummy recipe!


  • 1
    Small zucchini
  • 2 Tablespoons
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    Crushed and minced garlic
  • 1/4 Teaspoon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon
    Sea salt


  1. Assemble your ingredients.

  2. Remove the ends and peal and chop the zucchini.
