3 Minute Brownies!

These little gems are so easy with just 3 ingredients! Once I get my ingredients out I can make them in 3 minutes. All whole foods, no processed flour, and they’re sweetened with dates. You can’t beat that. The raw almond butter from MaraNatha is very expensive but it gives these brownies the best flavor and I say if you’re going to put something in your mouth it should be of the highest quality. Plus, it’s organic, they support Save the Bees, it’s non-GMO and the only thing in the jar is almonds.

    Organic Medjool Dates
  • 1/2 Cup
    Organic Fair Trade Coco Powder
  • 1/2 Cup
    Organic raw almond butter


  1. Assemble your ingredients.

  2. Remove the pits from the dates. Watch out for these little flower like stems in the right side of the picture and remove those too.

  3. Blend the dates with the cocoa powder in the food processor till small crumbs form.

  4. Add the almond butter.

  5. Blend in food processor until well combined but be careful not to over blend.

    Ingredients for 3 minute brownies all blended together.
  6. Pour into greased 8 x 8 x 1 1/2 in. baking dish. They're almost ready to eat!

    Pour brownie mix into 8 x 8 x 1 1/2 in. baking pan.
  7. Press the mixture gently into the pan. Do not press too hard or the brownies wont have that light brownie like texture. Just enough to stick together.

    I topped these with some chopped walnuts, but you could do...

    Chopped peanuts
    Chopped pecans
    Raw cocoa nibs
    Add some mint flavoring to the mix for mint chocolate chip brownies.
    My favorite is walnuts and chopped fresh rosemary!
