Crisp apples, the crunch of chopped nuts, some chopped  raisins, and a dusting of fresh cinnamon over a bowl of silky apple sauce. That’s an Applesauce Sundae, our treat for the week. It’s easy to always have all the ingredients for this special treat on hand and you can whip it up in less than a minute.


Ingredients

  • 1/2
    Apple
  • 1/4 Cup
    Chopped pecans
  • 1/2 Tablespoon
    Chopped raisins
  • 1 Pinch
    Cinnamon
  • 3/4 Cups
    Applesauce

Instructions

  1. Assemble your ingredients.

  2. Chop the pecans.

  3. Chop the raisins.

  4. Chop the apples.

  5. Fill a nice sundae cup or dessert dish with applesauce and top with the chopped ingredients and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
